This is for the kind information of all the concerned that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC)
has accorded consent vide letter no. BSEC/CI/IPO-331/2022/1507 dated November 22, 2023 for raising capital
through Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Sikder Insurance Company Limited under fixed price method. All the General
Public (GP) and Non-Resident Bangladesh (NRB) Applicants are hereby requested to apply through the
stockbrokers/ Merchant Bankers.
